🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Athleo, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the return process simple and transparent.


 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and unworn

  • The item is in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed apparel

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags


 

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@athleo.pk

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.


 

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Athleo is not responsible for lost return shipments.


 

3. How to Request a Return

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you for bank details.


 

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos as proof

  • We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost


 

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled:

  • Before shipment confirmation

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
